In the first quarter of 2023, the performance of the top five Business Finance & Business Solutions applications on iOS in Romania exhibited diverse trends in downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a detailed look into these trends.

Revolut Business saw a notable increase in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter. Starting at 229 in the last week of December, downloads rose steadily, peaking at 434 in the final week of March. Active users also increased, from 1.9K in late December to 2.4K by the end of March.

PayPal Business had a stable performance in terms of downloads and active users. Weekly downloads fluctuated between 155 and 246, while active users hovered around 900 to 1K throughout the quarter.

Stripe Dashboard experienced a slight decline in weekly downloads, starting at 102 and dipping to 85 by mid-March before recovering to 102 by the end of the month. Active users remained relatively consistent, starting at 371 in December and ending the quarter at 384.

Shopify Point of Sale (POS) showed varied weekly downloads, with a notable peak of 52 in early January and a low of 3 in mid-February. Active users saw a gradual increase from 21 in late December to 55 by early February, though it fluctuated towards the end of the quarter.

Stripe Express had a modest performance in terms of downloads, starting at 11 in late December and peaking at 37 in the last week of March. Active users showed a steady increase from 86 to 148 over the quarter.
